Prata Sausage

Ingredients needed
1. Instant Prata.
* Can be brought at NTUC outlets. Comes in packet of 5.
There are different flavours for you to choose from.
Ranging from cheese, mushroom and simple plain prata.

2. Cocktail Sausages.
100g would be enough.
*Can be bought at NTUC too. Chicken or Pork, you decide. =D

3. Sauces.
*Chili/ mayonnaise/ cheesy sauce. =D
I prefer evrything at one go. =P

Methods

1. Preheat the pan.
2. Defrost the prata.
3. Put the prata into the pan.
* No oil is needed.
4. Fry the prata till golden brown in colour =X
5. Leave the prata aside.
6. Defrost the sausages.
7. Put a few cocktail sausages into the oven.
*If you are preparing 1 serving, 4-5 cocktail sausages is enough.
8. Toast the sausages for 5mins.
9. When the sausages are ready, place the sausages on one side of the prata
10. Add in your desired sauces.
11. Fold the prata into half, as in waffle-like.
12. Ready to be served.

Okay I know the instructions are very blur larh.
But, prata sausage is easy to prepare lorh.
It's a nice, yummy light lunch somemore.
Can be accompanied with a cup of Ribena =D
